Union Park Construction Update

Progress is being made on the Union Park Community Center, known as The Post!  As the heart of this brand new community, we're feeling a little farmhouse inspiration in the design.

COMING SOON: Union Park at Norterra Homes in Phoenix, AZ - Scheduled to open 4th Quarter 2018

Union Park at Norterra is a planned project north of Happy Valley Road and west of 19th Avenue (what we commonly refer to as the "USAA property." It's part of a 578-acre Norterra mixed-use project being developed by USAA Real Estate Co. in San Antonio, Tex.  Land is currently being cleared in preparation for this exciting new community.

Phase 1 of the project will begin with single-family residences.Union Park at Norterra is planned as "mixed use," which would feature not only residences, but also office space, commercial space, and hotel space.
